Pippa McGee, a travel writer, returns to her job as editor at Wedding Bells magazine after a family emergency. Despite being a self-proclaimed "slut" who doesn't value marriage or weddings, Pippa tries to create an edgy and iconic first issue. However, her strained relationship with her father and her mistrust of commitment are tested as she becomes involved with a photographer and interacts with her father's second-in-command.
