Pepe Serna is a renowned Mexican-American actor, born on July 23, 1944, in Corpus Christi, Texas. Raised by a naval base interpreter for Latin American pilots and a hairdresser, he developed a strong desire to become an actor from an early age. In 1969, he moved to Hollywood to pursue his dreams, eventually making his debut in the exploitation film The Student Nurses (1970).

Throughout his career, spanning over five decades, Pepe has appeared in more than 100 feature films and 300 television shows. He is particularly recognized for his gritty support performances in a variety of motion pictures, including Scarface (1983),Silverado (1985),The Rookie (1990),American Me (1992),and many more.

Pepe's characters have played on both sides of the law, from drug peddlers to sheriffs, showcasing his versatility as an actor. He has worked with notable actors such as Al Pacino, Kevin Costner, Clint Eastwood, Charlie Sheen, and Edward James Olmos, among others.

In addition to his acting career, Pepe is also a producer, with credits including Kill or Be Killed (2015),Aguruphobia (2015),From the Dead (2019),and Going Rogue (2020). He is a motivational speaker, touring colleges and universities, and has also developed a strong sideline as a painter, with his vibrant paintings and one-man stage shows reflecting his Mexican roots.
