Clay Lomax, a bank robber, is released from prison after serving an eight-year sentence. Seeking revenge against Sam Foley, the man who betrayed him, Foley hires three men to keep tabs on Lomax. However, things become complicated when Lomax learns of his ex-lover's death and is left to care for a six-year-old girl, who may be his daughter, and her constant, pesky presence.
