The movie takes place on the battleship Missouri, where Captain Adam's personal cook, Casey Ryback, is about to be decommissioned. Ryback frequently clashes with the ship's XO Commander Krill, but the Captain always intervenes. When a surprise helicopter landing is cleared without the Captain's knowledge, Ryback is locked in the freezer. However, he escapes and discovers a plot by mercenaries, led by CIA operative William Stranix, to steal the ship's nuclear warheads. Stranix and Krill plan to remove the warheads, but Ryback, a former Navy SEAL, thwarts their attempts. Along the way, Ryback meets Jordan, a former playmate who was supposed to entertain at the party.
