Lee Cantrell, a half-Japanese and half-American man, was born in Japan and moved to San Francisco at the age of ten. He was trained in martial arts by his teacher Takeo, aiming to become a Samurai. As a lawyer and prosecutor, Lee moonlights as a vigilante, using his Samurai skills to apprehend criminals at night. When a warehouse is broken into, Lee investigates and uncovers a plot by a wealthy businessman to develop the area, despite the owner's refusal.
