Jesse's life takes a dramatic turn when he moves in with his biological parents and becomes entangled in a mysterious adventure with his friends. After uncovering long-forgotten documents, Jesse and his friend Charlie embark on a quest to unearth the ancient Aztec skull of Jesse's grandfather, which holds immense power. Their actions inadvertently awaken Gramps, who forms a strong bond with the duo. However, their discovery attracts malevolent demons seeking to claim the skull, and Jesse and Charlie must venture into alternate dimensions to retrieve the relic and save Gramps' life.
