Frank Henenlotter's BASKET CASE 2 picks up where the original leaves off, with Duane and his deformed brother Belial surviving their fall from a hotel room window. After their attempt at a secret life is exposed, they're taken to the hospital and become media darlings. They're eventually helped by Duane's aunt, Granny Ruth, and her pregnant daughter Susan, who take them to a mansion where they can live among other deformed individuals. However, their location is soon discovered and they join forces with Susan and the other mutants to take down the exploitative reporters.
