A teenager named Troy had a unique way of spreading happiness among his peers by distributing "feel-good" pills. However, his life took a devastating turn when he took his own life at a pool party. After his death, three friends, Billy, Lee, and Crystal, sought to claim the remaining pills, which they believed Dean, Troy's friend, possessed. But when Dean refused to hand over the pills, the trio kidnapped his younger brother, only to realize they had the wrong child.
