A circus owner, Hank Whirling, takes his business on tour after a split from his partner, but faces financial struggles and a series of accidents. He soon discovers a saboteur is working to destroy the circus, and must navigate a race against time to complete a high-wire act over Niagara Falls while also dealing with personal loss and the threat of further danger.
