An all-new villain, the Gnome King, has emerged in Oz, capturing the Good Witch and wreaking havoc throughout the land. The Gnome King seeks to take control of the Emerald City, needing only Dorothy's ruby slippers to do so. Tom and Jerry must team up to save Oz, taking to the skies with Dorothy, Toto, and other beloved characters on a magical journey.
