Kath Ellen Soucie is an esteemed American voice actress, born in the charming coastal town of Newburyport, Massachusetts, USA. Her illustrious career in the entertainment industry began in New York City, where she started out as a theatrical actress. Over the years, Kath has established herself as one of the most renowned voice-over actors, with a vast repertoire of work in commercials, animation, and video games.

Soucie is perhaps best known for her iconic roles in Nickelodeon's Emmy Award-winning series, Rugrats, where she voiced the characters of Phil, Lil, and Betty. She also lent her voice to all three Rugrats feature films for Paramount Pictures. Her impressive resume includes notable roles in Disney's Zootopia (2016),Warner Brother's Space Jam (1996),and the Winnie the Pooh franchise, where she voiced Kanga in multiple films and television shows.

In addition to her work in animation, Soucie has also voiced characters in various live-action films, including The Santa Clause 2 (2002) and Return to Never Land (2002).
