Count Dracula runs a nightclub in L.A., but is disturbed by a rogue vampire, Nico, who is posing as a streetwalker and attacking people. Meanwhile, Dallas, a young vampire and former protégé, arrives in town, and Nico targets him as a victim. Despite his friends' warnings, Dallas and Nico form a romantic connection. When a vampire hunter, Van Helsing, arrives in L.A. and teams up with the Crips to hunt down Nico and Dallas, the two vampires must work together to evade capture and outsmart their pursuers.
