A young couple, Guddu and Salina, fall in love, but their happiness is short-lived after Salina loses her sight in a car accident caused by Guddu. Despite being innocent, Guddu is forbidden from seeing Salina again. Guddu later learns he has a brain tumor and decides to donate his eyes to Salina after his death. However, his father, Vikram, opposes the idea, leading Guddu to take the matter to court to fight for his rights.
