A group of friends embark on a road trip to a football game, but their journey takes a dark turn when they stop to camp for the night. The next day, car troubles force two of them to accept a ride from a stranger into the eerie town of Ambrose, where the iconic House of Wax is the main attraction. However, they soon discover that the town is deserted, the wax figures are uncannily realistic, and the air is thick with an ominous presence. As they try to escape, they realize they're being stalked by twin brothers with a sinister agenda, and the friends must fight to survive and avoid becoming the House of Wax's next exhibits.
