Sarah Whitehouse, a talented actress born in Birmingham, England, began her journey in the world of classical theatre after graduating with a 1st Class Honours degree from the Birmingham School of Acting.
Her impressive filmography includes feature films such as 'Lapwing' and 'Life Goes On', as well as the multi-award winning short film 'Howl'. Her theatre credits include playing the role of Eleanor Marx in the inaugural production of the play 'Eleanor Marx: The Jewess of Jew's Walk', which earned her rave reviews, with critic Susan Elkin describing her performance as 'outstanding'.
Sarah's extensive theatre work also includes Harriet Fielding in Jonathan Coe's debut play 'The Magnificent Death of Henry Fielding', opposite Robert Bathurst and directed by Jonathan Coe himself. She has voiced numerous characters for Amazon Audible and is a regular member of their Original Dramas company.
In recent years, Sarah has taken on the lead role of Milady de Winter in the adaptation of 'The Three Musketeers' and has appeared in various characters in Neil Gaiman's 'Sandman' series. For the Wireless Theatre Company, she has starred in comedy 'Ladies' alongside Alison Steadman and 'The Murder of Roger Ackroyd' alongside Juliet Stevenson, live at the British Library, facilitated by Lord Julian Fellowes for the RNIB's 80th Birthday Party.
In addition to her live performances, Sarah has also narrated the audio book 'Medieval Woman' by Ann Baer for Audible UK, showcasing her versatility as a voice artist.
