Salvador Paskowitz, the seventh son of eight brothers and one sister, hails from a renowned surfing family. His father, a Stanford-trained doctor, defied convention by embarking on a global journey with his nine children in tow. As a result, Sal has been deeply rooted in the Action Sports community, having resided in Orange County, specifically San Clemente.
In 2000, Sal co-founded the prestigious skateboard company, Falken Skateboards, which has since garnered widespread recognition. Prior to this venture, he honed his artistic skills at The Art Student's League in New York City, receiving classical training in oil on canvas. This foundation laid the groundwork for his subsequent career in graphic design, which saw him establish a company that attracted notable clients such as Billabong Inc and Hurley Sportswear.
As a teenager, Sal made his mark on the literary world by publishing Surf Crazed Comics, which was featured in the internationally circulated Surfing Magazine. His creative pursuits continued to flourish, as he went on to write and develop the script for "Age of Adaline" under the guidance of Steve Golin's Anonymous Content in 2004. The same year, Sal penned the screenplay for "Volponi" for Disney, working under the creative direction of Mike Rich and Mayhem Entertainment.
Today, Sal resides in Beverly Hills, his artistic and entrepreneurial endeavors having cemented his status as a respected figure in the entertainment and design industries.
