Rachel Hamilton, a talented individual, hails from Washington, D.C., where she spent her formative years. Her academic pursuits led her to Northwestern University, where she earned a degree in Theater, laying the foundation for her future endeavors.
After completing her studies, Rachel embarked on a remarkable journey with Second City, Chicago, commencing with the National Touring Company and eventually culminating on the esteemed Main Stage. This experience undoubtedly honed her skills and further solidified her passion for the art of improvisation.
In 2004, Rachel made the move to New York City, where she has since become a fixture on the city's vibrant improv scene. She regularly performs long-form improv at the renowned Magnet Theater and UCB, showcasing her exceptional talents to enthusiastic audiences.
One of Rachel's most notable achievements is her critically acclaimed solo show, Hamiltonia, which enjoyed a successful run at UCB. Her dedication to the craft has also led her to become a respected improv instructor, teaching at Magnet Theater and serving as an adjunct professor in the Theater Department at Syracuse University.
