Micky Hoogendijk, a multifaceted individual, was born in Amsterdam, Netherlands in 1970. After completing her education at the Rudolf Steiner School in 1990, she took on the role of director at Rob Scholte Co., the company of renowned Dutch artist Rob Scholte. For over six years, she successfully led the company, producing notable projects, including the massive mural wall painting "Apres nous le Deluge" in collaboration with her husband Rob Scholte. This ambitious project, which took four years to complete, is considered the largest mural wall painting of the last century.
In 1997, Scholte and Hoogendijk's partnership came to an end, and Micky embarked on a modeling career, working with prominent Dutch designers such as Mart Visser couture, Marlies Dekkers, Frans Molenaar, and Sheila de Vries. During this period, she also presented several television shows and co-produced one show with Ivo Niehe and Endemol Productions.
In 1999, Micky took on the role of creative advisor for the Supperclub, a unique club/restaurant/lounge that stimulates the senses. This popular hot spot has locations in Amsterdam, San Francisco, Istanbul, Singapore, London, and Los Angeles.
In 2000, Micky starred in the prime-time TV series Good Times, Bad Times (GTBT),playing the complex character of Cleo de Wolf, a woman with a troubled past and no remorse.
After two successful years on GTBT, Micky decided to leave the series and pursue her acting education in Los Angeles. She developed her skills as a mature actress, singer, and dancer, starring in seven movies, including Raising Helen alongside Kate Hudson, which granted her SAG eligibility.
During this time, Micky studied at the Eric Morris acting studio and continued her acting career, appearing in various films, TV series, and plays.
In 2004, Micky returned to the Netherlands to care for her severely ill mother. She established her own company, MHP (Micky Hoogendijk Productions),where she combined her various disciplines and directed numerous creative projects. She also continued her acting career in the Netherlands, starring in various movies, TV series, and plays.
In 2008, Micky starred in the movie Blindspot, for which she received the Best Actress in a feature film award at the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival. Blindspot went on to win over seven awards worldwide.
Currently, Micky resides in Los Angeles, where she continues to pursue her passions in the entertainment industry.
