Born in Bulgaria in 1960, Freeman was the child of two accomplished actors. His early life was marked by a passion for the performing arts, which was nurtured through his training at the renowned Susan Strasberg workshop in Rome, Italy.
He further honed his craft at the National Academy for Theatre & Film Arts "Krustyo Sarafov" in Bulgaria, as well as the Susan Cohen Studio in New York. Freeman's exceptional talent earned him a prestigious Italian scholarship to attend the elite Academia D'Arte Dramatica Silvio D'Amico in Rome, where he pursued an acting-directing qualification program.
After completing his studies, Freeman earned a Master's degree in acting in Sofia, Bulgaria. He then began his professional career, making his debut in theater, cinema, and television. His early credits include the 1984 film "Dangerous Charm," but it was his role in the 1986 film "Time of Violence" that truly showcased his acting prowess.
Freeman's impressive resume includes a wide range of international productions, including the Spanish film "Dali," the Italian film "Racket," and the Bulgarian film "Emilia's Friends." His performance in the film "The Insurance" received widespread critical acclaim, with glowing reviews from Variety, the Los Angeles Times, and Boxoffice Magazine.
In addition to his film work, Freeman has also made a name for himself in television, starring in episodes of the popular series "Star Trek: Enterprise" and "Bones." He has also appeared in the film "Hit Me" and has worked on various other television projects.
