Biography

Mark Wingett's early career was marked by a standout role as Dave in the cult hit film adaptation of The Who's iconic album, Quadrophenia, released in 1979. This critically acclaimed film, directed by Franc Roddam, boasted an impressive cast, including Phil Daniels, Sting, Phil Davis, Toyah Willcox, Trevor Laird, and Ray Winstone, among many others. Quadrophenia has since become a classic of British cinema, widely regarded as a masterpiece of its genre.

In addition to his work on Quadrophenia, Mark Wingett appeared in several other notable films, including Breaking Glass, released in 1980.
