Mandie Vredegoor, a talented individual hailing from Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada, was born and raised on a farm nestled just outside the city limits. Her passion for the performing arts became apparent at a remarkably young age, as she began to captivate audiences with her exceptional theatre skills, earning widespread critical acclaim.
At the tender age of 19, Vredegoor made her television debut on CBC's "Heartland," marking the beginning of a successful journey in the entertainment industry. She went on to secure roles on Hallmark's "Dear Prudence," opposite the esteemed Jane Seymour, ABC's "Once Upon a Time," and the feature film "Painkillers," among other notable projects.
In her pursuit of honing her craft, Vredegoor attended acting classes with the prestigious "Company of Rogues" and "The Actor's Foundry." She further expanded her knowledge by enrolling in "Toronto Film School," where she studied Writing for Film & TV.
Throughout her career, Vredegoor has demonstrated her versatility by taking on various roles within the production world. She has worked both in front of and behind the camera, serving as a Casting Director, Agent, Producer, and occupying numerous other positions. Currently, Vredegoor is devoting her full attention to her career as a Writer for Film & TV, utilizing her multifaceted experience to craft compelling stories for the screen.
