Jovan Armand is a multifaceted actor, widely recognized for his portrayal of Pedro Peña, a key supporting character in the 2019 DC Comics film Shazam!
Before his role in Shazam, Jovan gained experience playing Troy, the best friend of Brick, on the popular ABC show The Middle. His television credits also include appearances on Hawaii Five-O, Parenthood, Shameless, Children's Hospital, and Nickelodeon's Bella and the Bulldogs, showcasing his versatility and ability to connect with audiences.
As a Salvadorian and Mexican descent actor, Jovan has expanded his repertoire with roles in numerous short films. In 2017, he starred as the lead character Gabe in the film Drowning, which won an Imagen Award for Best Theatrical Short. He also starred as Chub/Diego in the 2014 film Chub, which won awards at the Gasparilla International Film Festival, International Film Awards Berlin, and Sarasota Film Festival, and received nominations at the Miami Film Festival and an Imagen Award.

Throughout his 14-year career as an actor, Jovan has learned that having multiple talents is always an asset. After appearing in his friends' music video as a young rapper and learning to rap the song, Jovan decided to add music to his resume.
