Josia Ruby Kushner, also affectionately known as JoJo, was born in the vibrant borough of Brooklyn, New York. At the tender age of five, she embarked on a journey in the entertainment industry, booking her very first audition to portray the captivating role of Paige in Nancy Meyers' critically acclaimed film, The Intern.
In the same remarkable month, JoJo had the privilege of collaborating with the illustrious director Baz Luhrmann and the renowned supermodel Gisele Bundchen on a prestigious commercial for the iconic fragrance, Chanel No. 5. This early exposure to the world of film and television laid the foundation for her future endeavors in the industry.
In addition to her work in television and film, JoJo is also an active member of a local musical theater company and a competitive dance company, showcasing her impressive range of talents and versatility as a performer.
