Wahlquist's most recent and ambitious project is the film "Yellow", which she not only stars in but also co-wrote alongside director Nick Cassavetes. This visually stunning and imaginative film tells the story of Mary, a substitute teacher who escapes her mundane daily life by fantasizing about parallel realities.
