Geno, a proud son of Chicago and a true South Sider, has made a name for himself in the entertainment industry, showcasing his talents on stage, television, film, and in voiceover work. His impressive repertoire earned him the esteemed Black Theater Alliance Award for Best Leading Actor in a Play in 2018, and he was subsequently nominated for a Jeff Award for Excellence in Theater in the same category.
Prior to his recognition, Geno lent his voice to the iconic brand Wendy's Restaurants from 2016 to 2020, further solidifying his status as a talented and versatile performer. His educational background is equally impressive, having graduated from Oberlin College and pursued graduate studies at Purdue University. To hone his craft, Geno received improv training at the renowned Charlotte Comedy Theater in Charlotte, NC, the Groundling's Theater in LA, and Second City in Chicago, as a Bob Curry Fellow.
In addition to his formal training, Geno attended the Vagabond School of acting in Chicago for further refinement of his skills. When not in the spotlight, Geno enjoys exploring his creative side through various hobbies, including woodworking, gardening, archery, and virtual reality games.
