Garrett Edell, a California native, embarked on his educational journey at the University of California, Berkeley, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
Initially, he pursued further studies at UCLA Extension with the intention of pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in physics. However, his academic path took an unexpected turn when he decided to take an acting class.
This marked the beginning of his foray into the world of entertainment, where he has since appeared on stage, in film, and on television. Some of his notable credits include his role in FX's American Crime Story, which premiered in 2016, as well as the feature film Love Unleashed, set to release in 2025.
When not acting, Garrett is an avid enthusiast of beach volleyball and an accomplished songwriter.
