David, a seasoned graphic designer with 35 years of experience, has a long-standing passion for drama that dates back to his early years. Over the course of his amateur acting career, he has appeared in an impressive 100-plus productions in the south of England.
His extensive repertoire includes a wide range of iconic characters such as Fagin in Oliver!, Toad in The Wind in the Willows, Cooper in A Month of Sundays, Hatter in Alice, Norman in Ayckbourn's Table Manners, Inspector Pratt in Murdered to Death, Fancourt Babberly in Charley's Aunt, Neville in Third Week in August, and Uncle Harvey in Season's Greetings.
Notably, his performance as Neville in Third Week in August earned him a Curtain Call Award for Best Actor in a Comedy in 2015. He has also taken on title roles in Tom Jones, Lord Arthur Savile's Crime, Worzel Gummidge, and has appeared in other timeless classics such as Noises Off, Under Milkwood, Far From the Madding Crowd, Shadowlands, and Confusions.
