Analiese Anderson, originally from Germany, is a native German speaker who has grown up with a unique perspective on life. As the ninth of 11 siblings, she learned from a young age how to navigate complex family dynamics, develop strong communication skills, and share resources with her many brothers and sisters.
Analiese's father, a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army, played a significant role in her life. He adopted the five remaining children in her mother's home in Germany and moved them to America. His selfless act of kindness and love for her mother had a profound impact on Analiese, who admires and loves him dearly.
Analiese's first memories of America are of the iconic Statue of Liberty and the Golden Gate Bridge, which her family visited during their initial move to San Francisco. She grew up to be a shy and introverted individual, but her experiences in Germany and her family's moves to Nebraska and Alabama helped her develop a strong sense of self.
During her time at the University of Nebraska and later at the University of Alabama, Analiese discovered her passion for acting. She auditioned for the school play "Death of a Salesman" to overcome her fear of public speaking and found her true calling. She went on to perform in various musicals, comedies, dramas, and commercials, and even dabbled in modeling and print work.
After getting married, Analiese slowed down her acting career to focus on raising her son as a single mother. However, after her son entered college, she realized she missed the thrill of being in the spotlight and decided to chase her dream once again.
In recent years, Analiese has been fortunate enough to secure speaking roles in films, national commercials, and voice-over work for audiobooks. She has also appeared in two television series, "Drop Dead Diva" and "The Gates," and has shot the pilot for a new talk show and three additional episodes.
Analiese's defining moment came five years ago, when she faced a series of devastating losses. Her son was graduating from high school, and her father, cat, and dog all passed away from cancer within a few months. She also battled a life-threatening disease the following month. These challenging experiences gave Analiese the courage to re-evaluate her life and realize that acting was her true calling.
