Rick, a New York hacker, is desperate to find his kidnapped wife Rachael, who was taken by a rural Arkansas drug cartel. He tracks her online, only to find her gagged and beaten in livestream videos. As he searches for her, he interrupts a drug bust and attracts the attention of the NYPD, led by Detective Mike Breslin.
