LAPD K-9 officer Jake Rosser and his partner Ace face off against local drug dealers in a shootout, resulting in Ace's death. Consumed by grief and frustration, Jake assaults an EMT who refuses to help Ace and is subsequently forced to take leave from the force. He then teams up with Socks, a violent K-9 with titanium incisors, to uncover a city-wide conspiracy and exact revenge on those responsible.
