Former boxer Matt Rossi runs a strip agency in New York, providing dancers to clubs controlled by mob boss Carmine. Haunted by his past, Matt's life is disrupted when strippers are brutally attacked and mutilated by a martial arts expert. As the body count rises, Matt suspects rival agency owner Goldstein, but Goldstein denies involvement. One of Matt's dancers is murdered, and his girlfriend Loretta returns to her addiction. As Detective Al Wheeler investigates, Matt takes matters into his own hands, training to fight and scouring the streets of New York to find the killer.
