Four college students are attacked by a mutant cannibal, Three Finger, while rafting, with only one teenager, Alex, managing to escape. Meanwhile, a custody bus carrying dangerous criminals is traveling through the backwoods, accompanied by three guards. After a tow truck driven by Three Finger crashes into the bus, the passengers are attacked and the guards are quickly overpowered.
