Two friends, Royce and Dexter, are struggling with addiction and debt to a drug dealer, Omar. They concoct a plan to steal money from a wealthy neighbor, Jason Taylor, while he's in the hospital. However, their friend Mattie overdoses and dies, leaving them to dispose of her body. As they're dealing with the aftermath, they're pursued by a group of Satanic cultists and Omar, who's demanding his money back.
