Undercover agent Derrick Vann is tasked with recovering stolen arms and identifying the killers after a federal agent is found dead. Meanwhile, ordinary family man and dentist Andy Fiddler gets caught up in the chaos while on his way to a conference. Fiddler is mistaken for the mastermind behind the operation and is forced to pose as the culprit, all while being pursued by Vann.
