Nestor Serrano, a talented individual, was born on November 5, 1955, in The Bronx, New York, to parents Nestor Serrano and Regina Rosario, who had both migrated from Puerto Rico and met in their adopted hometown.
As a young adult, Nestor began his professional journey at The Bank of New York, working as a computer operator for two years from the age of eighteen. However, he soon became disillusioned with the prospects of his career in this field.
In search of new experiences and to meet like-minded individuals, Nestor joined the drama club at Queens College, where he was pursuing a degree in computer science. This marked the beginning of his lifelong passion for the performing arts.
As he delved deeper into the world of acting, Nestor left college to enroll at the prestigious Lee Strasberg Theater in Manhattan. He soon made a name for himself in the theater, including performances on Broadway.
It was only a matter of time before Nestor transitioned to film and television, and his first feature film was a notable appearance in The Money Pit alongside Tom Hanks. Since then, he has amassed an impressive resume, working in nearly 35 feature films and countless television productions.
A native New Yorker, Nestor relocated to Los Angeles in 2010, where he currently resides with his loving wife, Debbie, and their daughters, Amelia and Lucy.
