Luke Goss began his acting career by playing the iconic role of Danny Zuko in the hit musical Grease on London's West End, followed by a UK tour. He soon transitioned to screen acting, showcasing his versatility in two distinct films: David Goyer's independent drama ZigZag, alongside John Leguizamo, Oliver Platt, Natasha Lyonne, and Wesley Snipes; and Guillermo Del Toro's supernatural action feature Blade II, with Snipes and Ron Perlman.
In 2003, Goss took on the title role in the critically acclaimed British gangster film Charlie, and portrayed the monster in the Emmy Award-winning Hallmark miniseries Frankenstein, alongside Donald Sutherland and William Hurt. The following year, he traveled to India to play King Xerxes in the Biblical epic One Night With The King, opposite Omar Sharif and Peter O'Toole, solidifying his reputation as a multifaceted actor.
Goss went on to star in a diverse range of films, including The Man, with Samuel L. Jackson and Eugene Levy; Mercenary, with Steven Seagal; Bone Dry, with Lance Henriksen; Unearthed, with Emmanuelle Vaugier; Deep Winter, with Michael Madsen; and Shanghai Baby, with Bai Ling.
In 2008, Goss reunited with Guillermo Del Toro in Universal's Hellboy II: The Golden Army, which debuted at the number one spot at the U.S. box office, earning him two MTV Movie Award nominations. He then starred in the sci-fi feature thriller Tekken, based on the popular video and arcade game. Goss also appeared in the Network Television series "Fringe," directed by JJ Abrams, and took on leading roles in Across The Line, Blood Out, and the Universal franchise Death Race.
