King Kong, a thief, is kidnapped by a British agent named James who wants to recover a stolen crown jewel, the Star of Fortune. The jewel is hidden at the Hong Kong Police Headquarters and Kong must steal it without his partner, Detective Albert "Baldy" Au, finding out.
