Hercules fights Gargan, a giant with no quarrel with him, and defeats him easily. He then receives a plea from the last messenger to stop Hera's rule of terror in the lost city of Troy. To find the city, Hercules needs the one true compass, last seen in Queen Omphale's possession. He frees Deianeira, a victim about to be sacrificed, and battles to obtain the compass from Omphale. With Deianeira, he faces a sea monster and defeats it, then enters Troy with an army of Trojans. However, an army of Hera's minions emerges, and Hercules puts up a good fight against their leader, who intends to sacrifice Deianeira.
