Nathaniel Lees, a talented actor of Samoan heritage, born in New Zealand, has achieved remarkable success in both the acting and directing realms. As a native New Zealander, it is hardly surprising that his name and face have become synonymous with notable Kiwi projects, including the popular television series Hercules: The Legendary Journey, Young Hercules, and Xena: Warrior Princess, as well as the critically acclaimed film Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers, in which he brought the Uruk-hai character Ugluk to life.
