Two petty thieves, Asprin and Strepsil, inadvertently become embroiled in a murder case after stealing items from the victim. They pass a hidden microfilm to a forger, while Inspector Ng and Inspector Morris from Scotland Yard investigate. The case leads to a showdown with Triad leader Tin, who will stop at nothing to reclaim the incriminating film, forcing the inspectors to take matters into their own hands.
