Miami Blues

Frederick J. Frenger Jr. arrives in Miami, steals a child's luggage, and gets into a series of misadventures. He meets a college girl, Pepper, who is also a part-time prostitute, and the two become romantically involved. However, when a Hare Krishna he injured earlier dies, Sgt. Hoke Moseley and his partner begin to track him down. After stealing Moseley's badge, gun, and dentures, Junior impersonates a cop to commit crimes, but Moseley eventually recovers and sets out to capture him.
