A nurse discovers an app that accurately predicts her demise, giving her only three days to live. With the clock ticking, a mysterious figure looms, compelling her to find a way to outsmart fate and cheat death.

A group of teenagers download an app called Countdown that predicts their time of death. When Courtney sees her time is running out, she refuses a ride from her boyfriend Evan and is killed by a supernatural creature. Evan is hospitalized after a car crash and learns he's also predicted to die at the same time as his surgery.
