In the 1920s, a former drug kingpin named Lamont Cranston is reformed after being hypnotized by a holy man and becomes a vigilante known as The Shadow. He uses his powers to fight crime and protects the city from evil. However, his past comes back to haunt him when his former student, Shiwan Khan, a powerful and ruthless individual, seeks to conquer the world. The Shadow must use his skills and allies to stop Shiwan Khan and his accomplices from building a deadly bomb.
