A scientist from the sinister corporation Hybra-Tech, Charles, ventures to Chernobyl to acquire toxic waste for zombie experiments. After a teenager's motorcycle accident, his friends, led by Charles' nephew, search for him and stumble upon Hybra-Tech. Their investigation leads them to break into the facility, inadvertently unleashing a horde of ravenous zombies.
