A group of 6 female vampires, known as Thralls, are under the control of their sire, Mr. Jones. These lower-class vampires lack the abilities to kill, transform, or fly. They long to break free and become full-blooded vampires by completing a blood ritual. However, their plans are disrupted when Ashley, the naive younger sister of one of the Thralls, arrives, unaware of her sister's transformation.
