In the Himalayas, yetis live on a mountain hidden above the clouds. Migo, a yeti, follows the ancient stones' law, led by the Stonekeeper. Migo's father, Dorgle, believes his daily ritual allows the sun to rise. Migo's love for the Stonekeeper's daughter, Meechee, distracts him, causing him to miss the gong, leading to his banishment from the village after witnessing a plane crash and finding a human, which the yetis consider a legend.
