Person Biography:
Anne Heaton, a talented actress, made her Broadway debut in the gospel musical "Don't Get God Started" while studying acting in New York with renowned drama teacher William Esper. Alongside her fellow students, she co-founded Stage Three, an acting company that produced Off-Broadway plays, including "The Johnstown Vindicator", which garnered the attention of Los Angeles casting directors.
Heaton's early television credits include a starring role in the series "Room for Two" (1992),followed by a regular role in "Women of the House" (1995) and a recurring role on the popular series "Thirtysomething" (1987). Her film credits include "Memoirs of an Invisible Man" (1992),"Beethoven" (1992),"The New Age" (1994),and "Space Jam" (1996).
Notably, Heaton won two Emmy Awards for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series for her role in the hit television series "Everybody Loves Raymond" (1996). She was also nominated for a 1999 Emmy Award and won the 1998-99 Viewers for Quality Television Best Actress in a Quality Comedy Award.
Born in Cleveland, Heaton currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband, David Hunt, and their four sons.
