A prisoner in a Hong Kong jail, Ching escapes to reunite with his young son in an orphanage. After surrendering, he's set up by the vengeful chief of security, Zau, and becomes a target for the Mainland gang. Ching and the gang's leader, Dragon, both escape and form an unlikely bond.
