High Society

A high-society woman, Tracy Lord, is poised to marry again, but her ex-husband, with the aid of a journalist, gets a 48-hour chance to reclaim her heart and demonstrate the depth of his love.

In this romantic comedy, a charismatic jazz musician tries to win back his ex-wife's heart just as she's about to marry a more conventional suitor. Meanwhile, a tabloid reporter falls for her too, and she must decide between the three men, learning that safety can also mean a lack of excitement in life.
