In 1588, two powerful empires and two leaders clash as Papist Spain seeks to defeat heretic Queen Elizabeth. Spain builds an armada and creates a trap for the Queen and her secretary Walsingham by using Mary Stuart, Elizabeth's cousin, as a pawn.
